我国大学生健康素养问卷的研制及信度和效度评价 被引量:14

Development of a Health Literacy Questionnaire for College Students in China and Analysis of its Reliability and Validity

摘要 目的研制适合我国大学生的健康素养调查问卷,并评价其信度与效度。方法采取自愿填写的方式,对308名在校大学生应用自制问卷进行健康素养调查,并对其中41位调查者间隔7天后进行重复调查,问卷的信度采用内部一致性信度和重测信度进行分析;内容效度和结构效度应用相关分析法和主成分因子分析法进行分析。结果本次研究共回收302份问卷,有效率98.1%;302名大学生健康素养总得分为(47.61±4.953)分,33.44%(101/302)的大学生具备基本健康素养;基本知识和理念维度得分为(21.76±3.926)分,14.90%(45/302)的大学生具备该维度健康素养;健康生活方式与行为维度得分为(13.44±2.479)分,61.59%(186/302)的大学生具备该维度健康素养;健康技能维度得分为(12.40±2.763)分,62.25%(188/302)的大学生具备该维度健康素养。总问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.863,各维度Cronbach’sα系数在0.647~0.739之间;总问卷的重测信度相关系数为0.881(P<0.01),3个维度得分的重测信度在0.813~0.847之间,问卷的稳定性较好。问卷具有较好的内容效度,各维度得分与问卷总得分的相关系数在0.841~0.896之间,P值均<0.001。因子分析符合逻辑关系,22个公因子累计方差贡献率达63.211%,问卷具有良好的结构效度。结论大学生健康素养调查问卷具有良好的信度和效度,能够较好地反映大学生群体的健康素养状况,适用于大学生健康素养调查以及大学生健康教育效果的评价。 Objective To develop a health literacy questionnaire for college students and test its reliability and validity. Methods 308 college students were investigated by health literacy questionnaires at the basis of voluntary, and 41 investigators was retested after 7 days later. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by homogeneity reliability and test-retest reliability. The validity was assessed through correlation analysis and factor analysis. Results The effective rate was 98.1% (302/308) in this study. The average score of total questionnaire was (47.61±4.953), 33.44% of college students with basic health literacy; the average score of basic knowledge and concept was (21.76±3.926), 14.90% of college students with basic health literacy; the average score of healthy lifestyle and behavior was (13.44±2.479), 61.59% college students with basic health literacy; the average score of health skill was (12.40±2.763), 62.25% college students with basic health literacy. The Cronbach ''''''''alpha coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.863, which in three dimensions ranged from 0.647 to 0.739. The test-retest reliability coefficient of total questionnaire was 0.881 (P〈0.01), which in three dimensions ranged from 0.813 to 0.847, so the stability of the questionnaire was good. The range of correlation coefficient between each dimension and total score is from 0.841 to 0.896 (P〈0.001), so the validity of questionnaire was also good. Factor analysis was consistent with the logical relationship, and the rate of cumulative variance contribution in 22 common factors was 63.211%, exceeded the standard of 50%. Conclusions College Students' health literacy questionnaire appeared a good reliability and validity and could be applied to assess health literacy status and health education effect among college students.
