摘要
【目的】探讨适合于评价大学生健康素养的指标构成要素,准确了解大学生健康素养的现实状况,有针对性的设计课程,开展适当的健康教育,有效提升大学生健康素养水平,并为高校健康教育机构开展有效评估工作提供理论参考。【方法】在查阅分析文献资料和进行典型调查的基础上,提出评价指标构成要素;综合运用系统分析、头脑风暴等方法修订完善。【结果】确定了包含以基本知识理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能为一级指标,以科学的健康观与健康常识、心理、生活方式、传染病及其预防等9个方面为二级指标,并且进一步细分为62个三级指标的评价指标构成要素结构。【结论】该评价指标构成要素结构符合大学生健康素养评价实际,为进一步形成较为完善的评价指标体系奠定了基础。
【Objective】To explore the elements of the assessment index system adopted to evaluate the health literacy of undergraduates,and work out the circumstances of health literacy of undergraduates at the moment,in order to design targeted courses to carry out appropriate healthy education,effectively improve the health literacy level of undergraduates,and provide theoretical reference for the effective assessment of healthy education institutions in universities.【Methods】Based upon the information collected from the literatures,as well as the investigation of typical cases,the first draft of constituent elements of assessment index system was established.Then the methods,such as systematical analysis and brain storm,were used to further perfect it.【Results】A primary draft structure of evaluation indicator elements was established,including 3 first-degree criteria,9 second-degree criteria and 62 thirddegree criteria.【Conclusion】The draft structure of evaluation indicator elements is consistent with the assessment practice of health literacy of undergraduates,and has made a foundation to form a more comprehensive evaluation indicator system.
