摘要
目的分析医学生焦虑、抑郁状况及其与应对方式、社会支持的关系。方法采用基本情况问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、ZUNG氏抑郁量表(SDS)及应对方式问卷(CSQ)对分层随机抽取的1112名学生进行焦虑、抑郁情绪及应对方式、社会支持、基本情况的调查。结果不同年级焦虑自评量表(SAS)和ZUNG氏抑郁量表(SDS)得分差异有统计学意义,不同性别和民族焦虑自评量表(SAS)和ZUNG氏抑郁量表(SDS)得分无明显差异;无焦虑、抑郁组医学生的应对方式在自责、幻想、退避、合理化因子得分低于有焦虑、抑郁组,解决问题因子得分高于有焦虑、抑郁组。结论医学生焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生与应对方式关系密切,受社会支持影响较小,为降低医学生焦虑、抑郁程度,应引导其采用积极的应对方式,适当提高社会支持度。
Objective To analyze the relationship between medical students＇ anxiety and depression and its relationship with coping style and social support. Methods A stratified random sample of 1112 medical college students were investigated by basic information questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,ZUNG＇s depression scale（ZDS）and coping style questionnaires（CSQ）about anxiety,depression,coping style and social support. Results There were significant differences in scores of SAS and ZDS among different grade students.There was no significant difference in SAS and ZDS scores among different gender groups and among different ethnicity groups.The scores of self-blame,fantasy,evasion and rationalization factors of the medical students in the group without anxiety and depression were lower than those in the group with anxiety and depression.The scores of problem-solving factors of the medical students in the group without anxiety and depression were higher than those of the group with anxiety and depression. Conclusion The occurrence of anxiety and depression in medical students is closely related to the coping style and less affected by social support.In order to reduce the degree of anxiety and depression of medical students,we should guide them to adopt positive coping methods and appropriately improve social support.
