摘要
目的 探讨大学生在传染性非典型肺炎 (SARS)流行期间恐惧情绪反应状况 ,以便有针对性地做好心理健康教育工作。方法采用自编的SARS心理行为问卷和艾森克人格问卷对西安交通大学学生 1 0 1 9名进行调查 ,使用SPSS统计软件做相关分析和多元回归分析。结果 恐惧因子得分在均值 1个标准差以上的人群占总人数的 1 7.86 % ,情绪稳定性是影响恐惧因子得分的主要因素。结论 大学生中有近 1 / 5对SARS感到明显恐惧 ,其中情绪不稳定者的个体认知建构系统存在缺陷 。
Objective To explore dreadful emotion of college students during the epidemic period of SARS, and to implement mental health education effectively. Methods A self administered questionnaire on psychological & behavioral problems and EPQ were used to investigate 1 019 college students in Xi'an Jiaotong University. Data was sent into SPSS Statistical Software, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results There were 17.86% students whose scores beyond mean plus one standard deviation in dreadful factor. Score of dread factor was influenced chiefly by emotion stability. Conclusion Nearly one fifth of students have the apparent sense of dread to SARS. The students with unstable emotions have defect in personal cognition constructive systems. Psychological education should be strengthened among college students.
