论医学生心理情感障碍的影响

摘要 目的医学生的心理健康问题被认为是近几年来医学生的重要问题,只有有效地调试医学生心理健康方面的压力,针对医学生的心理健康特殊性进行有效帮扶,才能促进医学生更好地适应学习生活,全面提高医学生的心理素质,从而引导医学生更好地投入到未来医务工作中。鉴于此,本文分析大学生心理情感障碍认知对个人身体健康的影响。方法在心理情感障碍医学生中选取120例,随机分为基础干预组和心理治疗组,具体研究两组认知能力、焦虑抑郁情况和冲动行为改善情况。结果在认知能力方面,心理治疗组与基础治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);焦虑、抑郁情况方面,心理治疗组患者,在经过治疗后的SDS临床评估及SAS临床评估总分均低于基础干预组(P<0.05)。在冲动行为方面,心理治疗组患者干预后的MOAS临床评估总分低于基础治疗组(P<0.05)。结论对心理障碍的患者采取有效方式干预治疗,可提升患者的其认知功能,改善患者冲动行为和焦虑抑郁情况,效果较好。 Objective The mental health problem of medical students is considered to be an important problem of medical students in recent years.Only by effectively adjusting the pressure of medical students'mental health and providing effective assistance according to the particularity of medical students'mental health,can medical students be better adapt to their study and life,comprehensively improve their psychological quality,and guide medical students to better invest in the future in medical work.In view of this,this paper analyzes the impact of college students'cognition of psychoaffective disorder on personal health.Methods A total of 120 medical students with psychoaffective disorder were randomly divided into basic intervention group and psychotherapy group.Results There was significant difference in cognitive ability between psychotherapy group and basic intervention group(P<0.05).In terms of anxiety and depression,the total scores of SDS clinical evaluation and SAS clinical evaluation in the psychotherapy group were lower than those in the basic intervention group(P<0.05).In terms of impulsive behavior,the total score of moas clinical evaluation after intervention in the psychotherapy group was lower than that in the basic intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective intervention for patients with mental disorders can improve their cognitive function,impulsive behavior,anxiety and depression.
