摘要
近年来,受多种因素影响,先兆流产的发病率逐渐升高。中医对于先兆流产的认识由来已久,在治疗上具有独特的优势。现通过对中医治疗先兆流产的相关古医籍记载和现代中医学家对本病的认识进行总结归纳,阐述中医内治法、外治法以及治未病在先兆流产中的临床研究进展,为临床医师治疗和研究先兆流产提供依据和新的思考。
In recent years, the incidence of threatened abortion has increased gradually due to various factors. Long ago, Tradi- tional Chinese medicine knew about threatened abortion and has unique advantages in the treatment. Based on the records of ancient medical records and the knowledge of modern Chinese medical scientists on the treatment of threatened abortion, this paper summarizes the progress of clinical research on the internal, external and preventive treatment of threatened abortion, and provides the basis and new thinking for clinicians to treat and study threatened abortion.
