摘要
妊娠合并宫腔积液为临床的常见病,可导致先兆流产,甚至流产、胎膜早破等不良的妊娠结局。现临床多从脾肾论治,少有人用活血化瘀之法。褚玉霞教授则灵活应用补肾培脾联合凉血化瘀法,疗效显著。以此案为例,详细的分析、总结褚玉霞教授治疗本病的经验,分享如下,以供参考。
Pregnancy with uterine cavity effusion is a clinical common disea se, which can result in threatened abortion, abortion,premature rupture of membranes and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. Nowadays treatments are mainly from the spleen and kidney,and few from promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Professor Chu Yuxia applys flexible method of tonifying kidney and spleen combined with cooling blood and removing stasis. The curative effect is remarkable. Taking it an example, we analyzed and summed up the experiences of Professor Chu Yuxia in treating the disease in detail. We shall share it as follows for your reference.
