摘要
先兆流产是妊娠期常见并发症,发病率逐年上升,是一个多因素的不良妊娠。西医治疗先兆流产的主要药物是黄体酮,但运用孕激素治疗该病的疗效目前仍存在争议。三晋王氏妇科是起源于北宋流传至今的妇科流派,王坤芳教授是三晋王氏妇科第29代传人,秉承家学,继承王氏妇科的学术思想,对先兆流产有着深刻认识,擅长中西医结合诊疗该病,具有丰富的临床经验。王教授认为,先兆流产的病因以肾虚为本,脾肾两虚最为多见,临床以“补肾健脾、稳固胎元”为治法,擅长中西医结合诊疗该病。并强调“母益则胎安”,注重患者的情绪对疾病的影响。临证时肾肝脾同治,以补肾为本,取得良好的疗效。
Threatened miscarriage is a common complication of pregnancy,and the incidence rate is increasing year by year,which is a multifactorial bad pregnancy.The main medicine used by Western medicine to treat threatened abortion is progesterone,but the efficacy of using progesterone to treat the disease is still controversial.Sanjin Wang’s gynecology is a gynecological school that originated from the Northern Song Dynasty,Professor WANG Kunfang is the 29th generation of Sanjin Wang’s gynecology,adhering to the family study,inheriting the academic ideas of Wang’s gynecology,having a deep understanding of threatened abortion,good at the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to diagnose and treat this disease,and has rich clinical experience.Professor WANG believes that the cause of threatened abortion is based on kidney deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency is the most common,clinical to“tonify the kidney and spleen,stabilize the fetal element”as the treatment,good at the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of this disease.And emphasize the“mother’s benefit is fetal safety”,focusing on the impact of patients’emotions on the disease.At the time of evidence,the kidney liver and spleen are treated together,and the kidney is supplemented as the basis,and good curative effect is obtained.
