摘要
目的观察补肾固子汤联合黄体酮注射液治疗多囊卵巢综合征并妊娠早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法将60例符合纳入标准的多囊卵巢综合征合并先兆流产患者,随机分为2组,治疗组30例,给予补肾固子汤联合黄体酮注射液;对照组30例,予黄体酮注射液治疗。结果治疗组和对照组综合疗效总有效率分别为93.3%、83.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善中医临床证候及孕酮、绒毛膜促性腺激素、雌二醇测定、B超方面,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾固子汤联合黄体酮注射液是治疗多囊卵巢综合征并妊娠早期先兆流产安全有效的治疗方案。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Guzi decoction combined with progesterone injection for early threatened abortion with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 60 cases of early threatened abortion with PCOS which accorded with the inclusion criteria were proportion randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group used modified Bushen Guzi decoction and progesterone injection.30 cases in the control group used progesterone injection.Results The total comprehensive effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%,the total comprehensive effective rate in control group was 83.3%,the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05).The index of TCM syndrome features and progesterone,chorionic gonadotropin,estradiol assay,B-mode ultrasound after the treatment was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Bushen Guzi decoction and progesterone injection for early threatened abortion with PCOS is a safe and effective prescription.
