摘要
为解决"全面两孩政策"背景下医院产科护理人力严重不足与产科孕产妇、分娩新生儿数和护理工作量同步激增的难题,建立医院综合支持系统并利用该系统对产科进行综合管理,与未应用该系统的2015年相比,2016年产科年接收孕产妇和分娩新生儿数增量均超过70%,床位数翻倍、床位使用率由77.5%增至132%,护理人员仅增加17人,护理质量评分、孕产妇满意率及护士满意率提高幅度均未降反升。由此可见,医院综合支持系统能有效提升产科护理工作效率,改善护理质量,提高孕产妇及家属、护士的满意度。
In order to solve the critical problem of the serious shortage of obstetrical nursing manpower in hospital under the background of"comprehensive two-child policy"and the rapid increase in the number of newborns and nursing workload in obstetrics and parturient women.We developed a comprehensive hospital support system and used it to manage obstetrics. Compared with the system was not used in 2015,the number of maternal and newborns receiving in the obstetric department more than 70% in 2016,double beds,bed use rate increased from77. 5% to 132%,only increase 17 nursing staffs,nursing quality score,maternal satisfaction and nurse satisfaction increased. This shows,the comprehensive support system of hospital can effectively improve the efficiency of obstetric nursing work and nursing quality,increase the satisfaction of maternal and family members,and nurses as well.
