摘要
目的分析比较中美两国医院效率评价指标的异同和相关指标数据2005—2011年的变化情况。方法收集中美两国卫生统计年鉴中的医院效率评价指标及相关数据,描述性分析其基本情况的变化。结果总体上,2005—2011年间,美国医院数量、床位数、床位使用率呈减少趋势,入院人数基本持平;中国医院数量、床位数、床位使用率、入院人数呈增长趋势;中美两国医院平均住院日均呈缩短趋势,但中国医院平均住院日还远长于美国;美国医院以接收急诊病人为主。结论我国医院床位资源整体发展过度,局部不均衡;入院人数增长过快;急诊发展不足;医院效率评价指标有待完善。
Objective This paper tries to analyze and compare the similarities and differences between the indicators of hospital efficiency evaluation in China and the United States and the changes in relevant indicators data from 2005 to 2011.Methods The hospital efficiency evaluation indicators and related data in the China and the United States Health Statistics Yearbook were collected, and the changes in their basic conditions were described. Results In general, from 2005 to 2011,the number of US hospitals, number of beds, and utilization rate of beds showed a decreasing trend, and the number of hospital admissions remained basically the same; the number of hospitals, the number of beds, the utilization rate of beds, and the number of hospital admissions in China showed a growing trend; the average of hospitals in China and the United States of the length of hospital stays showed a decreasing trend, the average length of stay in hospitals in China is still far longer than that in the United States. American hospitals mainly receive emergency patients. Conclusion The overall development of hospital bed resources in China is excessive and partially unbalanced; the number of hospital admissions has grown too fast; the development of emergency clinics has been insufficient; and hospital efficiency evaluation indicators need to be improved.
