摘要
为了方便产妇及其家属在分娩出院后能更好地掌握新生儿护理知识,尤其是脐部护理,降低新生儿脐炎等问题的发生。由专业护士演示新生儿脐部护理标准的操作过程,然后制作成视频,发送给每一位产妇,并对产妇和家属进行健康宣教和产后访视,根据她们应用后的效果,总结出对护患双方有利的方面,找出不足利于改进的方法。通过视频,提高了产妇及家属的脐部护理技能,达到相应护理效果,减少新生儿脐炎的发生率和入院率,使产妇和家属认识到做好脐部护理对于新生儿的重要性,降低了护士的工作强度。
To help women and their families to better grasp the knowledge of newborn care in childbirth after discharge, especially the umbilical nursing, reduce the occurrence of neonatal omphalitis. the operation of professional nurses in demonstration of neonatal umbilical nursing standard, and then made into a video, sent to every woman, and the maternal and family health education and postpartum visits, according to their results, summed up the advantages of both nurses and patients, to find out the improved method. Through the video, improve the umbilical nursing skills of pregnant women and their family members, to reach the corresponding nursing effect, reduce the incidence of neonatal omphalitis and hospitalization, the mothers and their families to realize good umbilical care for newborn importance, reduce the working intensity of nurses.
