摘要
分娩痛是最剧烈的疼痛之一,不仅使产妇难以忍受,而且是我国剖宫产率居高不下并畸形发展的一个重要原因。我院对有适应证且自愿实施镇痛分娩的产妇静脉给予瑞芬太尼进行镇痛分娩,但镇痛分娩的实施仍存在阻碍,原因包括产妇及家属的接受程度、医疗技术以及社会、国家因素。因此,无痛分娩的实施任重而道远。
Pain during labor is one of the most severe pain for human, it not only brings the unbearable pain to women,but also is one of t he results in the abnormally high rate of cesarean section in China. For these women who have related indications of anodyne labor and are volunteered to receive this therapeutic approaches, our hospital mainly conducts the intravenous anodyne labor to control pain during labor by intravenous injection of remifentanil. However, there are still obstacles to the implementation of analgesic delivery, including the acceptance of maternal and family members, medical technology as well as social and national factors. Therefore, the implementation of analgesic delivery still has a long way to go.
