摘要
目的探究不同新生儿脐部护理方法对新生儿脐部愈合的影响。方法选取2011-05/2014-05南昌大学第二附属医院产科520例正常足月新生儿作为研究对象,按照脐部护理方法的不同将其分为实验组和对照组,对照组新生儿采取传统新生儿脐部护理方法进行护理,实验组新生儿采取常规护理的同时于48~72 h后修剪脐带残端,局部创面使用脐带包包扎。观察两组新生儿脐部渗血、潮红、黏液分泌物、脓性分泌物、脐带脱落时间及创面愈合时间。结果新生儿脐部渗血、潮红、黏液分泌物发生率实验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);新生儿脐带脱落时间和创面愈合时间实验组短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿采用修剪脐带残端、局部创面使用脐带包包扎的方法进行护理,可使得新生儿脐部保持清洁、干燥,减少局部渗血,缩短脐带脱落时间,促进创面愈合,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To explore the effect of different umbilical nursing procedures in healing of neonatal umbilicus.Methods During May,2011 to May,2014,520 normal term infants were recruited in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University and were divided into experimental and control group. For the two groups,traditional nursing procedure was adopted and the experimental group was clipped the nub in postnatal 48- 72 h and the wound were bound up with umbilical cord package. The two groups were observed in terms of errhysis,flushing,secreta of grume,purulent secretion,umbilical cord abscisic time and healing time of the wound. Results The incidence of of errhysis,flushing,secreta of grume in experimental group was lower than that of control group,with statistical difference( P < 0. 05). The umbilical cord abscisic time and healing time of the wound were shorter than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion With methods of clipping the nub,local wound binding with umbilical cord package,clean and dry condition could be achieved in umbilical position,and moreover,local errhysis could be alleviated and time of umbilical cord abscisic could be shortened and the wound healing could be promoted as well. By virtue of the aforementioned advantages,the new procedure is worthy of promotion and clinical application.
