摘要
在纺纱过程中,异形纤维的存在不仅影响了清梳工序的正常进行,而且会对整体纺纱质量造成严重的影响,甚至大量纺纱残次品的产生。因此在纺纱过程中,采取适当的异形纤维清除措施非常必要。本课题结合纺纱过程中异形纤维的控制标准,对纺纱过程中异形纤维的清除措施进行简单的分析,并通过对清棉工序相关设备的应用,对纺纱过程异形纤维清除含量标准参数进行了适当分析,以便提高异形纤维清除效率。
In the process of spinning,the existence of foreign fiber not only affects the normal process of combing,but also has a serious effect on the quality of the whole spinning,and even the production of a large number of spinning residue.Therefore,it is necessary to take appropriate measures to eliminate foreign fibers in spinning process.Combined with the control standard of foreign fibers in spinning process,the elimination measures of foreign fibers in spinning process are simply analyzed.Through the application of the related equipment in the cotton cleaning process,the standard parameters of the clearance content of the foreign fibers in the spinning process are properly analyzed in order to improve the clearance efficiency of the foreign fibers.
