摘要 探讨紧密赛络纺14.8tex白竹炭30/吸光发热腈纶28/美雅碧超细腈纶22/粘胶20混纺纱的生产实践。介绍了吸光发热腈纶、美雅碧超腈纶、白竹炭纤维的特点,原料选配和纺纱工艺流程等。通过对纺纱各工序工艺优化配置,纺制紧密赛络纺14.8tex白竹炭30/吸光发热腈纶28/美雅碧超细腈纶22/粘胶20混纺纱。产品质量符合要求,产品附加值高,市场前景好。 Abstract About the prodction practice of 14.8 tex 30% white bamboo carbon fiber / 28% light and heat absorbing acrylic fiber / 22% Met Yabi superfine acrylic fiber/20% viscose fibre Siro-Compact spinning blended yarn. This paper inlroduces the features of white bamboo carbon fiber, light and heat absorbing acrylic fiber anti Met Yabi superfine acrvlic fiber, and also introduces how to choose the raw materials and spinning process,and so on. Through optimized configuration of spinning processing technology, produced 14.8 tex blended yarn. The product quality meets the requirements, high value-added products and its market prospects look good.
