摘要
采用亚甲基蓝阳离子染料对Dralon超细腈纶纤维进行染色,探讨了染色pH值、温度、时间、染料用量、缓染剂种类及用量对染色腈纶上染百分率和表观色深值的影响。研究结果表明,pH值对亚甲基蓝染色Dralon超细腈纶纤维的染色性能影响不大,染色温度对腈纶的染色性能影响较大,适宜的染色温度为95-100℃,染色腈纶的表观色深值随着染料用量的增加而增加,助剂NaCl和缓染剂1227的加入可起到缓染作用,助剂NaCl最佳用量为10g/L左右,1227最佳用量为0.2-0.4×10^-3mol/L,且缓染剂用量越高,缓染作用越强。
Use of cationic dye methylene blue for Dralon superfine acrylic fiber dyeing, it discussed the dyeing pH value, temperature, time, dye concentration, retarding agent type and amount on dyeing performance of acrylic fibers by dye uptake and apparent color depth K/S value. The results showed that dyeing pH value had little effect on dyeing performance of superfine acrylic fibers, but the dyeing temperature was very important, the suitable dyeing temperature was 95 - 100℃ , the apparent color depth value increased with the increasing of methylene blue, the addition of NaCl and 1227 played retarding effect, and the optimum amount of NaCl and 1227 was 10 g/L and 0. 2 - 0.4 × 10^-3 mol/L respectively.
