摘要
文章分析了喷气涡流纺的技术优势与生产中存在的弊端,为了规避同质化竞争,拓展产品下游应用领域,喷气涡流纺企业必须加快产品结构调整,开发多样化、功能化的新型喷气涡流纺纱线,以高附加值的产品占领市场。文章以近几年来国内喷气涡流纺生产企业通过技术和工艺创新开发的八大类新型纱线为例,对其性能特点、用途及生产中相关技术进行初步探析。
This paper analyzes the advantages of air-jet vortex spinning technology and its drawbacks in production.In order to avoid homogeneous competition and expand its application fields in the downstream,air-jet vortex spinning enterprises must accelerate product structure adjustment,and develop various newtype functional air jet vortex-spun yarns,so as to occupy the market with high value-added products.Based on the case study of eight new-type yarns developed by domestic air-jet vortex spinning enterprises through technology and process innovation in the past few years,the paper carried out a comprehensive study on their performance characteristics,application,and related technologies in production.
