摘要
为了提高棉花异性纤维清除机的设计效率,改善对异性纤维的清除性能,文章采用了通用计算流体力学软件Fluent模拟了高速气体喷嘴的流场结构,通过实验测量高速气体喷嘴轴线上的气体速度分布,并与数值计算结果对比,可以发现数值模拟结果与实验结果符合较好,这说明使用Fluent软件进行高速气体喷嘴的结构设计是可行的。
In order to advance the design efficiency of heterogeneous- fiber sorting machine and improve its ability of sorting heterogeneous- fiber, computational fluid dynamics software, Fluent, is used. Capability of high- speed nozzle is simulated by it, and the simulated data perfectly match up to laboratorial data. It is proved that making structure design of high- speed nozzle by Fluent is feasible.
