摘要
通过对某炼油厂重油催化裂化联合装置分馏塔上部塔盘结垢堵塞情况进行分析,制定了相应的解决方案,结合工艺参数调整、设备在线检测、停工检修以及新型塔盘的应用,对分馏塔结垢堵塞问题进行综合治理,保证了装置长周期平稳安全运行。
Analysis is made to the scale blockage situation of the upper tray in fractionating tower of RFCC unit of an oil refinery, and solution was established. Based on process parameter adjustment, on-line equipment detection, shutdown overhaul and new-type tower tray application, comprehensive treatment was made to the scale blockage problem of fractionating tower, the long period smooth and safe operation was ensured.
