摘要
对某炼油厂二重催装置分馏塔塔顶结盐现象进行了分析。通过去掉塔顶换热塔盘、采用新的顶部内回流工艺解决了塔盘及降液管堵塞问题,有效地解决了分馏塔塔顶结盐的问题,实现了装置长周期平稳运行。
Analysis was made on salt coagulation in the top of the second heavy oil catalytic fractionator of an oil refinery.By removing the heat exchanging tray of the tower top and using new top internal reflux process,the blocking problem of tray and downcomer is solved,the problem of salt coagulation in the fractionator top is effectively solved,and the long-term smooth operation of the unit is realized.
