摘要
炼油厂重油催化分馏塔普遍存在结盐腐蚀问题,本文以中石油某炼油厂重油催化分馏塔为例,分析其结盐、腐蚀的形成机理,介绍了几种常用的塔顶结盐预防改进措施,并对不停工条件下塔顶循环油部分水洗除盐技术进行阐述,该技术能有效解决塔顶结盐问题,从而降低腐蚀速率,保证常减压装置能安全、稳定、长周期、优质运行。
