常减压装置常压塔结垢原因分析与对策 被引量:5

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司8.0 Mt/a常减压装置由于常压塔结垢,出现了常压塔压力降上升,石脑油和煤油分离精度降低,常压塔顶循环量降低,汽油干点和煤油闪点不合格等问题,严重影响产品质量、收率和装置加工负荷。通过对常减压装置常压塔结垢原因、处理过程以及实际效果分析,认为造成常压塔结垢的主要原因是铵盐、低温腐蚀产物和沥青质的共同作用。据此提出了常压塔水冲洗,设备检修清洗,改注有机胺,增注分散型抗垢剂,调整原油掺炼比例的有效防范措施。并针对在役和新建的常减压装置提出改进建议。 The 8.0 MM TPY atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Company has some problems due to fouling in the atmospheric tower,such as the pressure drop of the atmospheric tower increasing,the precision of separation of naphtha and kerosene decreased,the circulation capacity of atmospheric tower top is not enough,the dry point of gasoline and the flash point of kerosene are unqualified,the product quality,yield and equipment processing load are seriously affected.In this paper,by analyzing the causes,treatment process and actual effects of atmospheric tower scaling,it is concluded that the main cause of atmospheric tower scaling is the combined action of ammonium salts,low temperature corrosion products and asphaltene.The effective precautions are proposed,such as water washing of atmospheric tower,equipment maintenance and cleaning,injection of organic amine,addition injection of dispersed anti-scaling agent,and reasonable blending.At the same time,improvement suggestions are put forward for the in-service and newly-built atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
