摘要
职业教育质量管理的过程是区域经济社会单向"倒逼"质量生成的过程,职业教育质量治理的过程则是能动性发挥"主动"作用质量生成的过程。两者之间既存共生共存的依赖,也具时多时少的博弈冲突。从质量管理的"机械性"适应、"依附性"适应、"偏利性"适应到质量治理的"增益性"适应,是职业教育质量发展阶段性推进的必然选择。借以共治生"善者"、共治保"善于"、共治求"善治"的适应性治理体系建构,能够有效助推职业教育质量与区域经济间的共生共赢发展。
Quality management of vocational education is a process that the quality creation of regional economy makes up with via a ＂reversed transmission＂ , while quality governing process of vocational education means a subjective initiative exerted by quality generation. Both of them not only share a symbiotic relationship, but also face conflict from game playing. It is an inevitable choice of periodical propulsion mode that from an inflexible, dependent, profit-seeking adapt of quality management to efficiency gaining adapt of quality governing. Only the achievement of a construction of a adaptive governing system that co-governing generates ＂good governors＂ , guarantees ＂good at＂ , pursues ＂good governance＂ will push forward a co-existing and win-win development between vocational education quality and regional economy.
