摘要
为了能够快速方便地检测出GIS设备SF_6气体是否泄露,文中利用气体泄漏会发声的原理,使用超声波检测仪对GIS设备进行了相应的检测,首先对完好的GIS设备进行检测,对其中出现的数据波动大的情况进行分析;提出了通过改变集音装置方向的方法来保证精度和稳定性,并对分析结果进行了验证;最后模拟了GIS设备SF_6漏气情况并进行检测,并得到了相应的实验数据,结果显示集音装置的方向对检测精度有很大的影响,检测时应保证探头的碟形集音器的方向背向噪音源,并且这种方法可以根据检测距离初步判断GIS设备SF_6气体泄露程度。
In order to quickly and easily detect the leakage of SF_6 gas in GIS equipment,the author makes use of theprinciple of sound when the gas leak,and the GIS equipment is tested by ultrasonic detector,first of all,the authortest the integrity of the GIS equipment. It is found that some data fluctuations,and put forward the method to solvethe problem by changing the direction of the set,and this method is verified. At last,the leakage test of GIS equip-ment is simulated,and the experimental data is recorded. The results show that the direction of the collected sounddevice has a great influence on the detection accuracy. The direction of the probe of the probe needs to be back to thesource of noise when the experimental personnel in the detection,and this method can be used to determine the de-gree of SF_6 gas leakage of GIS equipment according to the detection distance.
