基于红外视频图像处理的瓷柱式SF_6断路器泄漏区域检测研究 被引量:13

摘要 SF6因优异的绝缘和灭弧性能而广泛应用于电气绝缘设备中,但由于制造、安装以及材料老化等因素导致的SF6泄漏会严重降低设备的绝缘性能,检测SF6泄漏对保障电气设备的安全运行意义重大。传统的断电检测方式存在自动化程度低、检测灵敏度低和效率低下等缺陷,而已有的在线检漏仪无法准确定位泄漏区域。因此,文中提出一种基于红外视频图像处理的SF6泄漏区域带电检测方法,以拍摄的某瓷柱式SF6断路器的红外视频图像为例,首先利用直方图均衡和自适应维纳滤波算法改善原始红外图像,然后创造性选用Surendra改进算法,实现对泄漏区域的快速定位检测。理论仿真和现场检测表明:该方法可实现对SF6泄漏区域的快速、准确定位,对SF6气体绝缘设备的泄漏区域检测具有重要借鉴意义。 SF6 is widely used in electrical insulation equipment because of its excellent insulation and arc extinguishing performance.But thewhich caused by factors such as manufacturing,installation and material aging will severely reduce the insulation performance of equipment.Therefore,the detection ofis of great significance to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment.The traditional power down detection method has the defects of low degree of automation,low sensitivity and low efficiency,while the existing online leak detector is unable to locate the leakage area accurately.Therefore,this paper proposes a charged detection method ofarea based on infrared video image processing.Taking the video image oflive tank circuit breaker as an example,first of all,original infrared image is improved by using histogram equalization and wiener adaptive filtering algorithm.Then the rapid location of leakage area is realized by using improved Surendra algorithm creatively.Theoretical simulation and field test show that this method can realize the fast and accurate location of thearea,this method is of great reference significance to the detection ofarea of gas insulated equipment.
