摘要
气体绝缘开关(GIS)设备需要根据最低气温选择气密元件,在超设计低温情况下存在因气密元件异常而出现大面积泄漏事故导致设备无法正常运行的风险。选取山东省内9个站点为研究对象,收集了1973~2016年间气温观测数据,使用基于广义极值(GEV)分布的年极值法,计算了按现行规程确定的多年平均气温进行设计选型遭遇超设计低温的风险水平,并按当地历史观测最低气温及按典型地区最低气温确定最低设计气温时遭遇超设计低温的风险进行了评估,为优化调整输变电设备的设计气温提供了理论支持和应用参考。
Sealing component of GIS equipment is selected according to the criterion of minimum temperature,and there is a risk that the equipment cannot operate normally due to the large area leakage accident caused by abnormal air tightness element under the condition of super design low temperature.Meteorological data from 1973 to 2016 in 9 sites in Shandong are investigated in this paper.The annual minimum temperatures are singled out to estimate the risk of extreme temperature lower than the design criterion with generalized extreme value(GEV)according to existing specification.Thereafter,the improved approach to decide design criterion is proposed and the associated risk is estimated.
