摘要 为了满足高纬度地区低温条件下输变电设备运行的需要,笔者根据高纬度低温运行试验的技术要求和特点,阐述了黑龙江省电网漠河输电设备低温户外试验场电力设备的布置情况、测量系统、试验内容和试验过程。试验结果表明,该试验场能够研究输变电设备在低温环境下的绝缘和性能,评价低温环境下输变电设备运行状态。同时,也能为保证电力设备在寒冷地区安全可靠运行提供参考依据。 In order to meet the need of low temperature high latitudes for power transmission and transformation e- quipment operation, according to the technical requirements of low temperature operation test of high latitude and the characteristic, elaborated the Heilongjiang province Mohe County power transmission equipment of low tempera- ture outdoor test site electric equipment layout, measuring system, test content and test process. Experimental results show that, the test field to study the transmission and transformation equipment in the environment of low temperature insulation and performance under the low temperature environment, evaluation of power transmission and transformation equipment running state. At the same time, also in order to guarantee the power equipment in cold areas to provide the reference for the safe and reliable or,eration.
