摘要
大型设备在船舶科研院所生产、科研试验过程中发挥着关键作用,其发生故障不仅对科研院所正常工作的开展产生影响,在经济损失的同时甚至还会造成人员伤亡事故的发生。为进一步解决对船舶科研院所大型设备的实时安全监测难题,分析光纤光栅、声发射和压电阻抗技术的特性,探讨这3种技术对于大型设备安全监测管理的可行性,提出根据监测过程中信号数据的变化来对大型设备安全状态进行预警,这对大型设备安全管理水平的提升具有相应的指导意义。
Large equipment plays a key role in the production and scientific research test process of ship scientific research institutes.Its failure will not only affect the normal work of the research institutes,but also cause economic losses and even casualties.In order to further solve the problem of real-time safety monitoring of large equipment in ship scientific research institutes,the characteristics of fiber grating,acoustic emission and piezoelectric impedance technology is analyzed,the feasibility of these three technologies for the safety monitoring management of large equipment is discussed,and proposes to early warning the safety status of large equipment according to the change of signal data during the monitoring process,which has corresponding guiding significance for the improvement of the safety management level of large equipment.
