摘要
SF6气体泄漏对SF6电气设备、人员以及环境的安全造成了巨大危害,但由于其无色无味,泄漏点不容易定位。笔者介绍了一种用于检测SF6电气设备气体泄漏的激光成像技术,并介绍了该方法实现的技术原理,分析了与传统方法相比的优越性。通过对几个检测实例的分析表明,该方法可以快速、准确、安全地对SF6泄漏点进行定位。
The leakage of SF6 heavily harms electrical equipment, people, and environment. However, the leakage point is not easy to be located because SF6 is colorless and odorless. This paper introduces a laser imaging technology based SF6 gas leakage detection method, describes its detection principle, and analyzes its superiority over the conventional method. Three detection cases show that the method can locate the leakage point accurately, rapidly and safely.
