林南仓矿轨道石门过断层构造带支护技术 被引量:4

摘要 林南仓矿-650水平轨道石门在施工过程中前方遇断层构造带,为了安全通过该地段,保证轨道石门施工的连续性,首先采用地面注浆治水与井下疏水,保证工程的安全开工,然后在巷道施工中采用四个喷层、两层钢丝绳、三层高强密集锚杆形成强韧封层,配合采用新型注浆锚杆进行预注浆封堵涌水及加固顶板等复杂综合技术,安全通过了构造带,保证了矿井后续延深施工的正常进行。观测结果显示,巷道支护稳定,变形极小,完全满足使用要求。 In the construction Linnancang mine-650 horizontal track cross-cut,a fault structure zone is located in front.In order to ensure the safe construction in this area, and ensure the construction continuity, ground grouting and underground water drainage was carried out to guarantee the safe start,and in the tunnel construction,four spray layers,two layers of wire rope,and three layers of high-strength dense bolt shape were applied. The construction design method is carried out with the comprehensive technical means such as pre grouting plugging water gushing and strengthening the roof with strong and toughening sealing layer, which helped to cross the structural zone, and ensured proceeding of the subsequent deep construction of the mine. The observation results showed that the roadway support was stable and the deformation was very small,which fully met the requirements.
