马道头煤矿回风联巷过断层安全技术应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对马道头煤矿北七盘区回风大巷回风联巷掘进过断层期间,影响巷道施工质量及安全生产问题,结合现场地质构造资料和回风联巷设计方案,制定了过断层掘进施工技术,增设顶板离层仪加强监测断层区域的顶板离层情况,根据回风联巷在掘进过断层时围岩的实际变化,合理调整巷道的支护形式,减小锚杆间排距并及时喷浆,提高围岩的强度和稳定性。对过断层掘进施工危险源进行辨识,从通风管理、顶板控制2个方面提出过断层安全技术专项措施,保障了巷道掘进效率和工程质量,避免过断层时期安全事故的发生,可为同类型巷道掘进安全过断层提供经验参考。 In view of the problems affecting the roadway construction quality and safety production during driving through the fault in the return air combined roadway of the return air main roadway in the North 7 panel of Madaotou Colliery,combined with the on-site geological structure data and the design scheme of the return air combined roadway,the construction technology of tunneling through the fault is formulated in the paper,and a roof separation instrument is added to strengthen the monitoring of the roof separation,according to the actual changes of the surrounding rock when the return-air combined roadway is excavating through the fault,the support form of the roadway is reasonably adjusted to reduce the row spacing between the bolts and gunite in time to improve the strength and stability of the surrounding rock.The special measures of over fault safety technology are put forward from the two aspects of ventilation management and roof control,which ensures the roadway excavation efficiency and engineering quality,avoids the occurrence of safety accidents during crossing fault period,and can provide experience and reference for the safe crossing faults in the same type of roadway excavation.
