摘要
随着电子商务在小城镇地区的快速发展,物流作为电商中的关键因素也得到快速发展,消费者对物流服务质量也越来越重视。在小城镇地区电子商务物流服务现状研究的基础上,对小城镇地区电商消费者进行了问卷调查,并针对问卷调查结果进行信度与效度分析。通过探索性因子分析法,对因子进行提取、旋转、计算,最终确定小城镇电商物流服务质量的各项指标权重,构建以消费者为视角的小城镇电商物流服务质量评价指标体系。最后结合研究结论,提出了电子商务物流在小城镇地区的发展对策。
With the rapid development of e-commerce in small towns, logistics, as one key factor of e-commerce, has been developing rapidly, and a growing attention has been paid to the logistic service quality by customers. Based on the present situation of the e-commerce logistic services in small towns, a questionnaire survey is conducted among small towns＇ electricity consumers, and the questionnaire survey results are analyzed in terms of reliability and the validity. Through the exploratory factor analysis method, the related factors are extracted, rotated and calculated, ultimately leading to the determination of the weights of various indicators which constitute the evaluation index system of e-commerce logistic service quality. Finally, the countermeasures of promoting the development of e-commerce logistics in small towns are put forward on the basis of the research results.
