摘要
近年来,随着消费者对乳品质量安全意识增强,各级畜牧部门不断加强乳品质量监管,乳品整体质量得到明显提升。然而,奶畜散养仍十分普遍,对乳品质量存在一定安全隐患;笔者通过深入基层调研,分析奶畜散养问题原因,对如何做好散养奶畜监管工作提出了建议。
In recent years, with the increasing awareness of the quality- and safety- of dairy- products, the livestock departments have continuously strengthened the supervision of dairy- quality-, the overall quality- of dairy- products has been significantly im- proved. However, the problem of Scattered milk cattle farms is still outstanding, there is a certain safety- hazard to dairy- quali- ty-. The author analyzes the causes of the problems of the Scattered milk cattle farms by digging into the basic research, He put forward some Suggestions on how to do a good job in the supervision of the Scattered milk cattle farms.
