摘要
目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、高尔基体糖蛋白(GP73)联合诊断早期原发性肝癌的价值。方法选取该院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的原发性肝癌患者109例作为原发性肝癌组,肝硬化患者76例作为肝硬化组,健康体检者70例作为对照组。各组分别于清晨空腹抽取外周静脉血,分离血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定GP73的水平,采用化学发光免疫法测定AFP水平,采用速率法测定GGT水平。结果原发性肝癌组血清AFP、GGT、GP73水平高于肝硬化组和对照组,且肝硬化组血清AFP、GGT、GP73水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AFP、GGT、GP73联合诊断的特异度和灵敏度高于AFP、GGT、GP73单项诊断。结论 AFP、GGT、GP73联合诊断早期原发性肝癌具有重要价值,具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,值得临床进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of alpha fetoprotein（AFP）,gammaglutamyl transferase（GGT）and Golgi glycoprotein（GP73）in the diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 109 cases of primary liver cancer treated in the hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study as primary liver cancer group,76 cases of liver cirrhosis were enrolled in the study as liver cirrhosis group and 70 cases of healthy people who underwent healthy assessment were enrolled in the study as control group.The peripheral venous blood in each group was extracted fasting in the morning,and the serum was separated.The levels of GP73 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The level of AFP was measured by chemiluminescent immunoassay,and the level of GGT was measured by rate method.Results The serum levels of AFP,GGT and GP73 in the primary liver cancer group were higher than those in the liver cirrhosis group and the control group,and the serum levels of AFP,GGT and GP73 in the liver cirrhosis group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The specificity and the sensitivity of the combined detection of AFP,GGT and GP73 were higher than those of single detection of AFP,GGT,and GP73.Conclusion The combined detection of AFP,GGT and GP73 has important value in the diagnosis of early primary liver cancer,and has relatively high sensitivity and specificity,which is worthy of further clinical study.
