摘要
基于前期对涉外医疗活动中医务人员跨文化交际能力现状调查的结果和彭云鹏的医学情景跨文化交际能力研究,选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院和哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院10个不同科室、有过涉外医疗活动的医务人员作为研究对象,进行为期三个月的干预研究。从医学情景下的语言能力、语用能力和跨文化交际能力三方面对医务人员进行为期三个月的培训,专家指导和模拟训练,验证干预的有效性。
Based on the results of the investigation on the status quo of cross-cultural communication ability of medical staff in foreign-related medical activities in the early stage and Peng Yunpeng ’s research on the intercultural communication ability of medical scenes,10 different departments of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected. Medical staffs with foreignrelated medical activities were selected as subjects for a three-month intervention study. Medical staffs were trained for three months from the three aspects of language ability, pragmatic competence and intercultural communicative competence in medical situations. Expert guidance and simulation training were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the intervention.
