摘要
青岛在2018年—2019年连续承办了上海合作组织青岛峰会等一系列的涉外重大活动20余项,笔者对上合青岛峰会重点人群及核心区域医疗保障团队的建设经验进行回顾,总结了医疗保障的实践经验,包括建立国际标准化管理理念,开展国际标准的规范化行医培训,并探讨建立医疗保障团队的长效管理机制,研究了涉外医疗保障特点、人员培训方案等,以进一步优化重大涉外活动医疗保障。
From 2018 to 2019,Qingdao hosted more than 20 major international events,including the Shanghai cooperation organization Qingdao summit. This paper reviews the experience of the construction of key medical care teams at the Shanghai cooperation organization Qingdao summits and discuss the establishment of a long-term management mechanism of the medical security team,including the characteristics of foreign-related medical insurance and training etc.
