X80管线钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性研究 被引量:4

Investigation on cold crack susceptibility of X80 pipeline steel

摘要 采用BOHLER E9010G纤维素焊条进行斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验和最高硬度试验,结合显微组织分析和斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验的残余应力分析,系统研究了X80管线钢的冷裂纹敏感性。结果表明,不进行预热时,X80管线钢存在一定的冷裂纹敏感性,一定程度的预热可以有效降低其冷裂纹敏感性,且接头中等效残余应力峰值水平下降;当预热温度为150℃时,断面裂纹率最低;但当预热温度高于150℃后,粗晶区显微组织变得粗大,且焊接接头中横向残余应力峰值和等效残余应力峰值均上升,不利于降低冷裂纹敏感性。 Crack test and maximum hardness test of inclined single-V groove with broad root face is performed by using BOHLER E9010 G electrode,and the cold crack susceptibility of X80 pipeline steel is investigated based on microstructure analysis and residual stress analysis. Results show that X80 pipeline steel is sensitive to cold crack without preheating,and preheating can effectively reduce the cold susceptibility of X80 pipeline steel and the magnitude of equivalent residual stress of joints. The cross-sectional crack rate is the lowest with preheating temperature of 150 ℃. However,when preheating temperature is more than 150 ℃,the cold crack susceptibility increases since the microstructure of coarse grained region becomes coarse,and the magnitude of transverse residual stress and equivalent residual stress of joint increase.
