摘要
通过对直缝焊管断口宏观检查、断口微观分析、材质成分分析、金相组织检验、非金属夹杂分析、有限元分析,探讨焊管断裂原因。结果表明,焊管断裂为脆性断裂;焊接过程中形成的原始裂纹造成应力集中,是焊管断裂的主要原因;焊接过热区出现的魏氏组织,降低了材料的韧性,促进了焊管的断裂。
Fracture of straight welded pipe was investigated by macroscopical fracture observation, micro-fracture analysis, material compositions analysis, metallographic examination, non-metallic inclusion analysis and finite element analysis. The results show that the fracture mode is brittle. The fracture is mainly caused by stress concentration which resulted from initial crack generating during weld procedure and the toughness decreases due to the Widmanstatten structure existing in weld overheated zone which promotes fracture in some extent.
