摘要
通过对Q235B焊接钢管断口采用宏观观察、微观分析、化学成分分析、金相组织检验、非金属夹杂检测等方法进行研究,分析焊管生产过程中出现裂纹的原因。结果显示:焊接过程中由于产生了应力集中且朝向焊接方向,从而导致焊接钢管产生断裂;另外由于焊接过热区产生的粗大异常魏氏组织,导致焊接焊缝脆化,进一步导致焊接钢管的断裂.
Through the macroscopic observation and microscopic analysis of the fracture of Q235B welded steel pipe,as well as the analysis of chemical composition,metallographic structure and non-metallic inclusion,the causes of the cracks in the process of making welded pipe are analyzed.The results show that the stress concentration in the welding process is towards the welding direction,which is the main reason for the fracture of welded steel pipe.The abnormal widmanstatten structure in the welding overheated zone leads to the embrittlement of the welding gap and further leads to the fracture of the welded steel pipe.
