摘要
西气东输二线工程干线管道采用X80钢管,受工期限制,不可避免地要在冬季进行焊接施工。结合管道冬季焊接施工所面临的难点,讨论分析了国内外管道建设标准及经验,X80钢焊接冷裂敏感性和-30℃环境条件下焊接的X80钢管环焊接头性能试验结果,给出了X80钢管低温环境下焊接施工的可行性结论。还结合工程特点介绍了X80钢管低温环境焊接施工技术方案。采用该方案,西气东输二线工程西段于2008年11月至2009年3月期间,在新疆、甘肃地区开展了X80钢管冬季焊接施工,焊接质量得到了保证。
The X80 steel pipe has been applied in the mainline of West - East Pipeline Project II. It is inevitable that welding construction in the winter shall be executed for the construction time limitation. Based on the actual difficulty of pipeline welding construction in winter, this article is discussing and analyzing the domestic and foreign pipeline construction standards and experiences, as well as the X80 steel welding cold cracking sensitivity and the circumferential joint performance test result of X80 steel pipe under the - 30 ℃ environmental condition, making the welding feasible conclusion of X80 steel pipe under low environment temperature, and also introducing the X80 steel pipe welding construction technique plan under low environment temperature unified with the project actual characteristic. Using this plan, in western section of West - East Pipeline Project II, the X80 steel pipe winter welding construction has been carried on in Xinjiang, Gansu territory during November, 2008 to March, 2009, the welding quality has been ensured.
