摘要
通过对X80钢与35CrMo钢焊接性的研究,制定了焊接工艺方案。采用钨极氩弧焊根焊、自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊填充、盖面。研究结果表明,提出的焊接工艺符合相关技术标准要求,在隔水管制造中可以进行实际焊接。
The welding process in this paper is made based on the research on the welding properties of X80 and 35CrMo. TIG has been used for root pass,self-shielded flux-core FCAW for fill and gap. The results indicate that the welding process based on our research complies with the requirements of related technical standards. It could be successfully applied to riser manufacturing.
