摘要
随着知识经济的到来,知识管理在企业创新中的作用越来越大,越来越多的企业意识到知识管理与人力资源培训之间的相互作用及其对企业发展的重要性。本文通过对企业培训与知识管理相关理论的梳理,分析了"互联网+"背景下企业培训新特征、企业培训与知识管理之间的联系,以中兴通讯知识管理历程为案例,深入剖析了中兴通讯的知识管理认识实践,凝练为四条结论 :以人为本理念促进员(工)企(业)同步发展、知识管理机制构建企业学习平台、特色企业大学构建开放知识平台、平台开放互动支撑企业知识运营。本文研究不仅对企业培训向知识管理跃升进行了理论探讨,也对实际中企业培训遇到的困境提供了解决方案,具有较强的理论和现实意义。
With the emergence of the knowledge economy, knowledge management plays an increasingly important role in enterprise innovation. More and more enterprises are aware of the interaction between knowledge management and human resource training and its importance to enterprise development. Based on the review of relevant studies of enterprise training and knowledge management, this paper discussed the new characteristics of enterprise training, the relationships between enterprise training and knowledge management under the background of ＂Internet ＋＂. Then, this paper analyzed ZTE＇s knowledge management history as an example. Four conclusions are drawn up from the practice of ZTE＇s knowledge management： the people-oriented concept promotes the simultaneous development of the workers（work） enterprises（industry）, the knowledge management mechanism to build the enterprise learning platform, the characteristic enterprise to build an open knowledge platform, and the open platform to support the enterprise knowledge operation. The study of this paper not only provided a theoretical discussion on the transition of enterprise training to knowledge management, but also provided a solution to the dilemma encountered in enterprise training, which has strong theoretical and practical significance.
