摘要
滨海新区基本形成了以企业教育培训为基础,以职业院校和民办职业培训机构为依托,以职业技能培训鉴定中心为考核机构的现代化职业技能培训体系的雏形,并取得了很大成绩。但还有许多地方需要进一步完善。如培训内容和方式较单一,激励制度不完善,评估机制不健全,培训资金不充足,师资力量不强。当前,应从新区经济发展的战略高度出发,提高培训意识,完善培训体系,从整体上提升培训质量。
The Binhai New Area has basically formed a prototype of modern vocational skills training system which is based on enterprise education training,depending on vocational colleges and private vocational training institutions and evaluating on vocational skills training appraisal center and it has achieved a great progress.But at the same time also should see,there are many places that need further improved.For example,the training content and mode simplify,incentive system is not perfect,the evaluation mechanism is not sound,training capital not enough,teacher resources is not strong,and so on.At present,should from the strategic height of the economy development,starting to improve training consciousness,perfect training system,overall improve training quality.
