摘要
针对当前药物活性物质分离工艺存在的弊端,提高药物活性物质分离的纯度,是当前思考研究的重点。结合当前主流的高速逆流色谱分析方法,从溶剂体系筛选、色谱仪最佳试验条件等进行分析研究,从而从山楂中提取出具有高纯度的绿原酸。而通过上述的研究看出,在进行药物活性物质分离的过程中,加强溶剂体系筛选,同时结合响应表面法对色谱仪的最优试验条件进行优化,是促使高速逆流色谱分析的一个重要问题,也是关键。
In view of the disadvantages of the current separation technology of active substances, improving the purity of separated active substances is the focus of current research. In this paper, based on the current mainstream high speed counter current chromatography analysis method, the solvent system screening and the optimum test conditions of chromatograph were studied, so as to extract the high purity of chlorogenic acid from hawthorn. In the process of separating drug active substances, it is important to strengthen the selection of solvent system and optimize the optimal test conditions of chromatograph with response surface method.
