混合励磁开关磁阻电机转矩特性多目标优化 被引量:6

摘要 针对开关磁阻电机低功率密度和低材料利用率的问题,为了进一步提高电机的转矩特性,设计了一台航空用三相12/10极混合励磁开关磁阻电机并对其转矩特性进行多目标优化。首先对新型电机的结构及其电磁转矩原理进行分析,然后进行电机设计,并选取设计变量,最后基于混沌粒子群算法与响应表面法对电机的平均转矩和转矩脉动进行多目标优化。仿真结果表明优化后电机的平均转矩提高了4.78%,转矩脉动减少42%,在保持较大的平均转矩情况下大幅度减少转矩脉动,实现了平稳起动过程。结论是混沌粒子群算法与响应表面法相结合的优化方法适合于新型电机的设计与优化过程,该方法可显著节约优化时间,提高效率,保证了求解精度,提高了全局寻优能力。 Aiming at the problem of low power density and low material utilization for switched reluctance motor( SRM),in order to further optimize the torque characteristics of the motor,a three-phase 12/10-pole hybrid excitation switched reluctance motor is designed for aviation. First,the structure of the new motor and its electromagnetic torque principle are analyzed. Then the motor is designed,and the design variables are selected. Finally,the average torque and torque ripple of the motor are optimized based on combination of chaos particle swarm optimization( CPSO) and response surface method( RSM). The simulation results show that the average torque is increased by 4. 78%,and the torque ripple is decreased by 42%. The torque ripple is greatly reduced while a large average torque is maintained,so the smooth start-up process is realized. The conclusion is that the combination of the CPSO and the RSM is suitable for the design and optimization of the motor,and the method can significantly save optimization time,improve efficiency,ensure solution accuracy and improve global optimization ability.
