摘要
目的探讨微课结合标准化病人教学法在《基础护理学》实训教学中的应用及效果。方法随机抽取2016级本科护生1个班为对照组(n=30),《基础护理学》实训教学采用传统演示教学法;另1个班为观察组(n=30),采用微课结合标准化病人教学法。结果实训课结束后,观察组操作考试成绩及自主学习能力显著高于对照组,护生的言语关怀行为、非言语关怀行为及护理关怀行为总分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论微课结合标准化病人教学法用于《基础护理学》实训教学有利于提高教学效果和培养护生的护理关怀行为。
Objective To explore the application and effect of micro-lecture combing with standardized patient in practice teaching of fundamentals of nursing.Methods One class of baccalaureate nursing students(n=30)enrolled in 2016 were randomly selected as a control group,who were taught using traditional demonstration teaching method in practice teaching of fundamentals of nursing;while another class was regarded as an observation group(n=30),who were taught using micro-lecture combing with standardized patient teaching method in the same course.Results After practical teaching,the score of skill examination and autonomous learning ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the score of verbal caring behavior,non-verbal caring behavior and the total score of nursing caring behavior of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion Application of micro-lecture combing with standardized patient in practice teaching of fundamentals of nursing is conducive to improve teaching effect and cultivate nursing students′caring behavior.
