摘要
为研究家禽肌肉磷酸果糖激酶(PFKM)m RNA表达量与p H_(45min)值及肌糖原含量的相关性,检测了大围山微型鸡和艾维茵肉鸡不同日龄肌肉组织中PFKM mRNA表达量、pH_(45min)值和肌糖原含量。结果显示:大围山微型鸡肌肉中PFKM mRNA表达量与肌糖原含量整体上均高于艾维茵肉鸡,而pH_(45min)值则是艾维茵肉鸡高于大围山微型鸡;PFKM mRNA表达量与pH_(45min)值呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与肌糖原含量呈正相关;肌糖原含量与pH_(45min)值呈负相关,但相关性不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明PFKM基因可能是影响家禽肉品质的重要候选基因。
In order to study the correlations between phosphofructokinase(PFKM) m RNA expression,p H(45min)value and muscle glycogen content in poultry, Daweishan Mini chicken and Avian broiler were selected to detect PFKM m RNA expression, p H(45min)value and muscle glycogen content in muscle tissue. The results showed that PFKM m RNA expression and glycogen content in Daweishan Mini chicken were higher than those in Avian broiler, but p H(45min)value of Avian broiler was higher than that of Daweishan Mini chicken. PFKM m RNA expression was significantly negative correlated with p H(45min)value(P〈0.05) and positively correlated with muscle glycogen content, but there was negative correlation between muscle glycogen content and p H(45min)value(P〉0.05). It was concluded that PFKM gene might play an important role in regulating glycogen content in chickens, and could be selected as a candidate gene of meat quality.
