摘要
目的观察活血消肿汤口服联合消瘀接骨散外敷治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效。方法将90例KOA患者随机分为3组,每组各30例,A组予以消瘀接骨散外敷,B组予以消瘀接骨散外敷+活血消肿汤口服,C组予以骨痛贴膏外贴+盐酸氨基葡萄糖口服,3组疗程均为4周,对3组临床疗效、膝骨关节炎门诊评分进行比较。结果 A组治愈5例,显效9例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为82.76%;B组治愈9例,显效13例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%;C组治愈7例,显效10例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为89.29%。3组临床疗效、膝骨关节炎门诊评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血消肿汤口服联合消瘀接骨散外敷能缓解膝关节肿胀,改善膝关节功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effects on knee osteoarthritis（ KOA） treated with huoxue xiaozhong decoction combined with xiaoyu jiegu powder. Methods A total of 90 KOA patients were randomized into 3 groups,30 cases in each one. In A group,xiaoyu jiegu powder was given. In B group,the combined medication of huoxue xiaozhong decoction combined with xiaoyu jiegu powder was provided. In C group,gutongtie topical and the oral administration of chitosamine hydrochloride were prescribed. The duration of treatment was 4 weeks in the three groups. The clinical efficacy and clinical score of KOA were compared among the three groups. Results In A group,5 cases were cured,9 cases remarkably effective,10 cases effective and 5 cases failed. The total effective rate was 82. 76%. In B group,9 cases were cured,13 cases remarkably effective,6 cases effective and 2 cases failed. The total effective rate was 93. 33%. In C group,7 cases were cured,10 cases remarkably effective,8 cases effective and 3 cases failed. The total effective rate was 89. 29%. The differences in the clinical effects and clinical score of KOA were significant in comparison of the three groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of the oral administration of huoxue xiaozhong decoction and the external application of xiaoyu jiegu powder relieves knee swelling and improves knee joint function.
