摘要
目的测定常用饮用水中环氧乙烷的残留量,为饮用水健康风险评估提供参考。方法采用顶空气相色谱法测定饮用水中环氧乙烷的含量。色谱柱为Agilent HP-FFAP毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×1.0μm);柱流量3.0 mL·min^(-1),程序升温:起始温度40℃保持5 min,10℃·min-1升温至220℃保持1 min;FID检测器温度280℃;载气为N_2(25 mL·min^(-1)),H_2(30 mL·min^(-1)),空气(300 mL·min^(-1));进样口温度250℃;分流比10∶1;顶空进样,顶空瓶平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间为15 min,定量环温度95℃,传输线温度105℃。结果 9种常用饮用水中有4种检出环氧乙烷残留,浓度均<0.32μg·mL^(-1)。方法定量限为0.03μg·mL^(-1),最低检出浓度为0.01μg·mL^(-1),RSD小于3%。结论发现部分常用饮用水中有环氧乙烷残留,存在食品安全新隐患。
Objective To determine the residual ethylene oxide in drinking water and provide reference for health risk assessment. Methods The determination was carried out by headspace gas chromatography on an HP-FFAP capillary column (30 m×0.53 mm×1.0μm) with sequential increase of temperature programming. The column temperature was first kept at 40℃ for 5 min, and then raised to 220℃ at 10℃·min^-1 and maintained for 5 min. The flow rate was 3.0 mL·min^-1; nitrogen (25 mL·min^-1), hydrogen (30 mL·min^-1) and air (300 mL·min^-1) were used as carrier gas; split injection and diversion ratio was 10 : 1. The injector temperature was 250℃, and the FID detector temperature was 280℃ . The headspace vial temperature was 80℃ for 15 min, the loop temperature was 95℃ and the transmission line temperature was 105℃. Results Ethylene oxide residuewere detected in 4 out of 9 commonly used drinking water, with concentrations less than 0.32μg·mL^-1. The limits of quantitation and detector were 0.03μg·mL^-1 and 0.01μg·mL^-1, respectively. The RSD of precision was less than 3%. Conclusion Ethylene oxide residue, as a new food safety hazard, is found in some commonly used drinking water.
